1. Program Description

By enrolling in Local Marketing Inc’s SMS Service, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Local Marketing Inc, including but not limited to:

  • Discounts

  • Test drive invitations

Message frequency may vary.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Local Marketing Inc SMS message. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation text. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Local Marketing Inc cannot guarantee message delivery in all areas or on all carriers.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We will use your phone number and personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Local Marketing Inc does not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian to participate in Local Marketing Inc SMS Service.

9. Changes to Terms

Local Marketing Inc may update or change these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the SMS Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
