      Participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Local Marketing Inc cannot guarantee message delivery in all areas or on all carriers.

      7. Privacy

      Your privacy is important to us. We will use your phone number and personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Local Marketing Inc does not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

      8. Eligibility

      You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian to participate in Local Marketing Inc SMS Service.

      9. Changes to Terms

      Local Marketing Inc may update or change these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted here with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the SMS Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
