We’re seeking a seasoned Director of Client Relations to lead our Account Management team and drive exceptional client outcomes.

 

Position Overview:

The Director of Client Relations will oversee the agency’s client experience. This role is responsible for strengthening client relationships, driving retention and growth, and ensuring that all campaigns and communications are delivered with excellence and aligned with performance goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers, ensuring high standards in communication, reporting, and digital strategy execution
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for key clients and complex escalations
  • Drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth across the account base
  • Establish team processes and best practices for campaign reporting, performance tracking, and strategic planning
  • Collaborate closely with media, creative, analytics, and leadership teams to ensure cross-functional alignment
  • Monitor account health metrics and intervene proactively to address risks or identify growth opportunities

Requirements:

  • Automotive marketing experience is required
  • Proven leadership experience managing a client-facing team within a fast-paced agency or performance-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, campaign performance metrics, and marketing analytics
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills

Territory Sales Manager

Job Overview: 

Ready to be paid what you’re worth? This is a salaried base plus UNCAPPED commission position.

We work predominantly in the Automotive space. Training and leads will be provided, but you must be confident and aggressive enough to sell to General Managers and train your team to do the same. 

 

We need charismatic, money-motivated road warriors who know how to take a warm lead and sprint with it. 

 

General Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate remotely with a strategic sales team to coordinate sales meetings and follow-ups of warm leads 
  • Learn and understand the dynamic and growing digital marketing space ● Travel for ride-alongs and training of your territory sales team 

 

This will be a simple and extremely lucrative position for the right candidate. 

 

MUST-HAVES: 

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales in automotive 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently, on the road or in a home office 
  • Professional phone and in-person persona 
  • Ability to work effectively, abide by sales goals, and meet deadlines from a home office 
  • Ability to sell AND close even the most difficult of deals

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Development Representative to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving our business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients, generating interest in our services, and setting up meetings for our sales team. Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager
